6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work created specifically for their project. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

We warrant that our services will be performed with professional care and skill. However, we cannot guarantee specific business results such as sales increases, rankings, or traffic levels as these depend on many external factors.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination does not relieve payment obligations for work completed.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
